Dan Maximuk is the President of Overland Construction Group, leading the company and its projects from initial concept through to completion. He brings a wealth of experience in multi-family housing and senior living construction, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-demand projects across the Midwest. His expertise includes comprehensive project management, estimating, preliminary due diligence, design and construction oversight, general contracting, cost control, and scheduling.

 

Over his career, Dan has overseen the construction of tens of millions of square feet of multi-family housing—ranging from luxury developments to affordable communities—throughout the central United States, with total project costs exceeding $500 million.

 

Dan resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Ashley, and their two children. He is an avid supporter of Kansas State Athletics, enjoys golfing, and is actively involved in his kids' sports and activities.
