Oakdale Senior Village
Oakdale Senior Village is an existing 137-unit elderly (62+) affordable housing community located in Salina, KS.
OSV is comprised of 3 buildings, 2 of which are located at 623 Johnstown Ave (formerly known as Johnstown Towers, which OPG has decided to rename Oakdale Senior Village North (“OSVN”)), and 1 of which is located at 125 South Oakdale Plaza (formerly known as Oakdale Plaza, which OPG has decided to rename Oakdale Senior Village South “OSVS”)).
OSVN was originally built in 1977 and is comprised of two 6-story towers, while OSVS was originally built in 1979 and is comprised of one 6-story tower. OSV offers all 1-bedroom unit floorplans and includes property amenities such as community rooms, common laundry facilities, and elevators.

Canterbury Village
Canterbury Village is a 100-unit affordable housing apartment complex in Winfield, KS, originally constructed in 1970 consisting of 19 two-story buildings, totaling 132,256 square feet on a land area of 9.35 acres. The property was originally developed in 1970 and later renovated in 2006. The current unit mix contains 12 one-bedroom and one-bath units (584 SF), 44 two-bedroom and one-bath units (788 SF), and 44 three-bedroom and one-bath units (954 SF). OCG will soon start a substantial rehab with replacement of roofs, windows, appliances, cabinets, and other interior and exterior upgrades. Renovations are scheduled to begin early 2024 and be complete by early 2025.
