Tish serves as Controller for Overland Construction Group. She is responsible for leading the company’s accounting policies and procedures, which includes managing the upper-level financials. Additionally, she collaborates with the entire construction team throughout all stages of the projects from pre-construction through completion. Her strong accounting background provides awareness in achieving accurate project completion deadlines, reporting and company budget goals. ​

 
Tish previously worked as Operations Director for an Overland Park, KS based Property Management and Construction Firm for nearly 20 years.  She offers an extensive background in all facets of the construction industry. Tish and her husband also own a small construction company specializing in concrete, excavating & plumbing.  
 
In Tish’s spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband in their 5th wheel and she is an avid reader.
